What is Pharmacology? Pharmacology is the study of the chemical properties and biological effects of drugs and other chemicals. Although related to Physiology and Biochemistry, Pharmacology is a distinct discipline which deals with the mechanisms of action of biological active substances, including therapeutic agents, agricultural, household and industrial chemicals.
